Terms & Conditions
1 Definitions
1.1 The “Company”, “Impact IT Training”, “We”, “Us”, “Our” – this refers to Impact IT Training Ltd with a registered office at Impact IT Training Limited, 44 Broadway, Stratford, London, E15 1XH.
1.2 “Client”, “Your”, “You” – this refers to the individual purchasing from Impact IT Training that intends to attend a training event.
1.3 “Booker” – this refers to the person making the booking with Impact IT Training, on behalf of a client attending the course.
1.4 “The Website” – this refers to the www.impactitraining.uk.
1.5 “Terms and Conditions” – this refers to the terms of usage and conditions under which all purchases are pursued, and the website is utilised.
1.6 “Joining Instructions” – this refers to a set of instructions that are given to clients upon receipt of payment, regarding event-related details.
1.7 “Training Agreement” – this refers to a non-refundable, non-cancellable, 12-month (unless agreed otherwise) agreement between Impact IT Training and the client.
1.8 “Working Days” – this refers to days between Monday and Friday, excluding Public Holidays.
1.9 “Weekend” – this refers to “Saturday” and “Sunday”.
1.10 “Course”- this refers to one of the courses included in training package
1.11 “Training Package”- This refers to different training programs, which may be comprised of one or more than one training courses.
1.12 “Finance Partner”- this refers to company who is providing 0% interest finance to client for Training Package
1.13 “Price Plan” – terms of payment as mentioned on invoice
1.14 “Instalment” – part of total fee that needs to be paid according to price plan
1.15 “Late Payment” – any payment made after the due date according to the price plan.
1.16 “Enrolment” – submission of application form, signing/accepting Terms and Conditions of the agreement and paying the deposit or making full payment.
2 Prices
2.1 All pricing quotations are only valid for 7 days from the date that they are first sent to the client unless you enrolled by paying the deposit or full payment of the course. All prices are subject to change due to the dynamic nature of our business and of the training industry.
2.2 The given price does not include any extra cost (e.g. Travelling, accommodation or living expenses and etc.) that you will bear to attend the course.
2.3 If a third-party vendor, certification body, or service provider alters their examination fee or material cost, Impact IT Training reserves the right to adjust the relevant training course prices to reflect such alterations. This is only valid if exam cost of all the courses in training package are included.
2.4 Training Package price will remain same as agreed with you at the time of booking. Any future change (increase or decrease) in price will not affect price given to you.
3 Payments
3.1 The course fee(s), including VAT, will need to be paid as per instructions given on invoice.
3.2 If you wish to make payments made from non-UK accounts or credit cards, then you are responsible for all bank charges in relation to the overseas transactions.
3.3 It is client’s responsibility to make payment according to Price Plan. In case of Late Payment, we reserve the right to cancel any payment plan and impose to pay full remaining balance and suspend all future courses till the full remaining balance is paid.
3.4 We reserve the right to refuse access to you if you failed to make payment according to price plan.
3.5 Payments needs to be paid on time via direct debit or through Finance according to Price Plan.
3.6 Payment date has no connection with start date of the course (s). Rescheduling the course date must not be assumed the change of payment date.
3.7 If you have signed up for 0% interest finance scheme with one of our finance partners, then you also need to agree with their terms and condition.
4 Cancellations
4.1 All cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the start date of first course of Training Package, are subject to a 100% cancellation fee of full Training Package fee (+ VAT), which must be paid in full upon cancellation.
4.2 All cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the start date of first course of Training Package, are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of full Training Package fee (+ VAT), which must be paid in full upon cancellation.
4.3 If you need to make a cancellation, please notify us in writing or via email to info@impactitraining.uk or via mail to the address – Impact IT Training, 44 Broadway Stratford, E15 1XH. This is your responsibility to make sure that we have received your request for cancellation by getting confirmation from us in writing.
5 Re-scheduling course
5.1 Impact IT Training reserves the right to reschedule a training event or course due to circumstances that are beyond our control, such as trainer illness or low attendance.
5.2 Reasonable efforts will be made to contact and notify clients of any alterations to their training event or course.
5.3 If a training event is rescheduled by us, we will re-allocate you on to future training events with your consent.
5.4 If rescheduling course dates, is not done from our side, then you can reschedule the course 14 days or more prior to start date of the course with no extra cost.
5.5 For rescheduling course less than 14 days prior to start date of the course, will be subject to admin fee of £200 (+VAT).
5.6 If you need to reschedule the course, please notify us in writing or via email to info@impactitraining.uk or via mail to the following address – Impact IT Training, 44 Broadway Stratford, E15 1XH. This is your responsibility to make sure that we have received your request of rescheduling the course by getting confirmation from us. All rescheduling fees are due immediately via debit or credit card.
6 Refunds
6.1 When refund will be issued to client, it may take up to 14 days to be received by client.
6.2 We will not be liable for any fluctuation in exchange rates or bank charges for overseas refund transactions.
6.3 Course examination vouchers are non-refundable.
7 Non-Attendance
7.1 Non-attendance of any course for any reason whatsoever is deemed to be a cancellation without notice and payment is due in full. In this situation the Client will not be entitled to any refund for courses or part of courses that were not attended, this will be deemed as non-attendance.
8 Course Suitability
8.1 The booker accepts that it is their responsibility that the course booked is suitable for the requirements and abilities of the clients attending. Impact IT Training’s employees may recommend courses or learning solutions, however, the assessment and the final decision concerning the suitability of the course is the Client’s responsibility. In cases where we have made recommendations, we do so in good faith and will not be wilfully misleading.
8.2 All public and onsite training courses are delivered only in English unless specified otherwise and all Clients must be sufficiently proficient in the English language prior to attending the course.
9 Admission
9.1 Impact IT Training reserves the right to refuse admission to any person whom it considers in its absolute discretion to be unsuitable for the training programme.
1 Booking on behalf of the Client
9.2 In all cases the booker must bring these terms and conditions to the attention of Clients attending the event, if booking on their behalf. It is the booker’s responsibility to ensure that the Clients receive all the relevant information including the joining instructions, course and venue updates and that they meet the eligibility and published prerequisite requirements.
10 Copyrights
10.1 All intellectual property rights for all course materials shall remain the property of Impact IT Training. The Client agrees not to reproduce, disseminate, sell, hire, lend, or copy the course materials or use them except for the purpose of personal reference. Impact IT Training warrants that it will not knowingly include any copyright material in its course materials without licence, consent, or attribution.
11 Warranty & Liability
11.1 Impact IT Training’s liability for loss and damage shall be limited to a claim for damages. The maximum aggregate liability will be the charges for the course out of which the loss or damage has arisen. Impact IT Training will not accept liability for personal injury that incurs during our training courses caused by the negligence of any third party. Impact IT Training will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential loss (including loss of
11.2 anticipated profit or data), howsoever arising, even if it has been advised of such potential loss.
11.3 Impact IT Training will not be responsible for any damage resulting from any computer viruses arising from software installed on a Client’s computer systems.
12 Personal Belongings
12.1 Personal belongings or items belonging to a Client that are brought into a training course by the Client, are the sole responsibility of the Client. Impact IT Training accepts no responsibility for the items or any loss or damage that may occur during the course.
13 Deviation
13.1 No deviation from these terms and conditions will be allowed without the express written permission of a Director of Impact IT Training. No communication either verbal or printed on our websites will override these Terms and Conditions. If, in any case, any of these conditions shall be held to be invalid or shall not apply, the contract and the
